Fresh Flowers (Live Products)
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and live plants, we do not offer refunds on these items. However, your satisfaction matters to us — if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a voucher or exchange on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise)
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for non-floral items such as apparel, tote bags, hats, and other merchandise within 90 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
