  • Local Delivery: We deliver live flowers and small local orders only within the Saint Louis, Missouri area.
     

  • Nationwide Shipping: Non-floral items may be shipped within the United States via standard carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Flowers: Due to their perishable nature, we do not offer refunds on live flowers or arrangements. In some cases, we may provide a voucher or exchange at our discretion.
     

  • Other Items: Non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days if unused and in original condition.
